By using Order Up, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Order Up is a free-to-play, browser-based match-3 game. The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer the site for the purpose of cheating leaderboards (when they exist) or harming other players;
- scrape or automate gameplay in ways that overload our servers;
- use the site to distribute malware, abuse, or unlawful content.
Inspecting client-side source code is fine — it's a web game and the code is visible to anyone with browser developer tools.
Intellectual property
The site name, artwork, character designs, level designs, and game mechanics are owned by the Order Up authors. You may share screenshots and gameplay clips for non-commercial purposes; please don't republish art or level data as your own.
Third-party services
The site may load advertising or analytics from third parties (see the Privacy Policy). Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for content they serve.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Order Up and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including (but not limited to) lost gameplay progress.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
